Two years’ experience cleaning and maintaining a large facility.
Experience in general building maintenance and working with boilers, air conditioners, snow blowers and other building related electrical equipment and systems
Valid DOT Medical Certification
Valid driver’s license
Must be 21 years of age
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to the following):
Keep Divisional Headquarters clean and make minor repairs
Keep inventory of all cleaning supplies
Prepare all meeting rooms and setup/breakdown for events
Maintain and schedule repairs for Army owned vehicles
Prepare for Memorial Day services on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend
Drive box truck when needed
