Overview

The Salvation Army Central Ohio is seeking to fill a part time (25 hours per week) Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager position in Delaware County.  This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling, developing and implementing a service plan.   Additionally, this position will assist group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.  Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.
  • Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •  Must be able to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
  • Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry
