Location/Department: Greater Hartford Area Services (Hartford, CT)
Status: Seasonal Full-time, Non-Exempt (October 23, 2017 to January 12, 2018)
Hours Per Week: 35
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM (evenings and weekends as needed). Must be willing to work mornings of Thanksgiving and Christmas
Scope & Purpose of Position:
To provide support and assistance to the Office Manager during the Christmas Season with holiday programs such as Angel Tree, Adopt Family, and Holiday Meals which includes answering phones, sending correspondence, coordinating volunteers, and other activities related to the Christmas Season.
