Overview

The Bridgeton Corps in the NJ Division is seeking a part-time ( 20 Hours a week) Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing support to the Corps Officers and reports directly to them. This position is responsible to perform all departmental administrative functions including but not limited to processing all interal an external mail and phone inquires, composing correspondence, securing and reviewing of confidential documents, maintaining social services' client files and support to Corps programs and activities.

Qualifications

!. College background preferred or a minimum of an Associates degree/ Social Work/ certificate or relevant professional experience.

2. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is desireable, but not required.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and related technologies.
