TITLE: Pathway of Hope Case Manager (4 needed)

REPORTS TO: Lehigh Valley Area Coordinator
SALARY GRADE: 76 Non-Exempt
STATUS: Full Time
SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Description of Position: This position is responsible for providing all necessary case management services and referrals to families participating in Pathway of Hope. Separate positions will be created for work in the four area corps: Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and Pen Argyl.
