Join a vibrant, mission-driven organization that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities every day. At The Salvation Army, your work supports a legacy of service, compassion, and practical assistance for those who need it most.
The Database Entry Specialist is the person who keeps our donor data accurate, current, and useful. This role sits within the Development Department and supports the Manager of Annual Fund and Advancement Services, as well as staff across the division who depend on reliable records to do their work. Day to day, the job involves processing gifts, maintaining donor records, running reports, and being the go-to resource when someone has a data question or needs training on the system. There's also occasional donor communication and light constituent research in the mix. If you're someone who finds real satisfaction in clean, accurate data and likes being genuinely helpful to the people around you, this is a good fit.
