Location: Greater Hartford Area Services (GHAS) The Bloom Initiative serving Connecticut (Hartford, CT)
Status: Non-exempt, Part-time Plus
Hours Per Week: 22.5
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday/Friday; 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (includes one 30-minute unpaid meal break per day and two 15-minute paid breaks per day). Will alternate Thursday and Friday each week. Some flexibility in the working schedule will be needed to provide case management and outreach.

Scope of Position: Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. Serve as the primary point of contact for survivors, coordinating necessary services and resources to address their complex needs, including, but not limited to, emotional and mental health, housing/shelter, employment, medical, legal, and other support services. Participate in street outreach, program planning, drop-in centers, and community education. Operate within program budget and funds; serve as a liaison for the program; and fulfill all administrative program requirements, including submission of progress reports and data entry.
