The After School Program Assistant Director (ASPAD) supports the Afterschool Program Director by helping to create a caring and safe environment for students and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education. They must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment in implementing a quality school age educational program and in developing positive relationships with the children, staff, and their parents.
This position will allow us to be more prepared to maintain a high level of execution in state licensing requirements by always having someone who can be prepared to be the program lead in the absence of the After School Program Director.
