SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The primary purpose of this position is to drive for the Corps and Programs related to it.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Pickup donations for food gleaning programs.
• Deliver Food for FLIPA recipients.
• Driver for Corps or social service program clients as needed.
• Drive for Christmas Kettles.
• Help with Corps Vehicle maintenance including weekly cleaning, fueling and vehicle mileage logs

SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to drive and work outdoors under adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to willingly attend and participate in training sessions.
