Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (the schedule may vary depending on the need)
Scope of Position: Provide leadership and oversight for Social Services, Shelters, and Service Extension programs across the Southern New England Division (Connecticut and Rhode Island). Manage the division's Pathway of Hope program. Ensure all human service ministries align with The Salvation Army’s mission, policies, and standards, while effectively addressing community needs with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Under the supervision of the Program Secretary, offer consultation, program development, compliance monitoring, grant management, training, and strategic guidance to Corps and divisional staff, ensuring consistent, trauma-informed, person-centered services to individuals and families throughout the division.
