Seeking a Part Time Program Accounts Manager Home Delieverd Meals on our Glens Falls Corps Team

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the Glens Falls Corps.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and uphold the Mission of The Salvation Army.
• General Account Management:
o Billing management
o Monthly invoicing
o Order food and program supplies
o Maintain and build relationships with vendors
• Work hand-in-hand with the Corps Officers to ensure program is meeting deadlines and
guidelines
• Liaison between The Salvation Army and Warren County
• Seek out all cost-effective options to save program money

Qualifications

SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• General business administration and office management
• Account management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail
• Superior time management and planning
• Problem solver and solution driven
