Seeking a Part Time Maintenance/Janitorial Worker to join our Long Point Camp Team

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Assist in the overall upkeep and maintenance of Camp, including preparing for user groups (this is inclusive of set-up and cleaning after use). Primary focus on grounds including: leaf removal, lawn mowing, gardening, etc. This is a part time position offered at 25 hours per week. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily maintenance/housekeeping tasks as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Camp Administrator.
• Assist in set-up and preparation for user group arrival, including setting up chairs, tables, cabin prep, etc.
• Following user group departure, assist in cleaning all areas utilized by the group as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Camp Administrator.
• Perform basic maintenance/repair jobs as requested.
• Assist in the upkeep of camp grounds, including: grass cutting, raking, shoveling, gardening, etc.
• Perform other tasks relating to the upkeep and maintenance of Camp as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Camp Administrator.
