Responsibilities
- Prepares bank reconciliations
- Enters journal entries into accounting systems
- Prepares and assembles supporting documentation for billings
- Assists with account analyses as assigned
- Assists with the preparation of financial reports and schedules
- Maintains required records, reports and files in a organized manner
- Performs other related duties as directed within the guidelines established
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associates degree in accounting, accounting certificate or equivalent accounting experience
- Skilled in computer use
- Knowledge of the Serenic Systems accounting software preferred
