  • Manage the clearance and training process by tracking all initial and renewal applications for PA State Police Criminal Record Checks, PA Child Abuse History Clearances, FBI Criminal Background Checks, and Mandated Reporter Trainings, and alerting corps and operating units when individual clearances/trainings are one year from expiration.

  • Track and verify completion of mandatory KeepSAfe training for all personnel (e.g., within 30 days of start).
  • Maintain documentation of all KeepSAfe training completions in a centralized database, generating quarterly reports on compliance levels.
  • Educate inbound officers and new program managers on their responsibilities under KeepSAfe policies, including supervision practices and conduct guidelines.
