Reports to: Center Director in conjunction with the Corps Officers

Status: Nonexempt 

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Function: The Salvation Army Learning Center Assistant Teacher will assist the lead teacher in planning anc coordinating the daily operation of the Salvation Army Learning Center classroom.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• All full time teachers are expected to pursue an Associatee's Degree in Early Childhood while employed full time.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an early childhood care setting.
