- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Ability to answer a multiline telephone.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required; proficient in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in dealing with all matters.
- Detail-oriented with keen attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Must complete training requirements upon hire.
- A minimum of four years of administrative assistant experience is required, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency in computers, databases, and Microsoft Office.
