GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB.
The Family Services Worker will provide direct assistance to clients to alleviate the immediate
need for food, clothing, utility and other assistance.
Interview and assess clients, providing direct assistance or referral to outside agencies as appropriate.
Assist in administering seasonal social service programs. Maintain accurate records for each client per
internal/external funding guidelines.
The Family Services Worker will be responsible for compiling the program statistics monthly per
organizational and funding guidelines.
