Seeking Full-Time Anti-Trafficking Case Manager to join our Saratoga Springs Corps

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Anti-Trafficking Case Manager Specialist will work with the program director and corps officer to implement trauma-informed outreach and case management for victims and survivors of human trafficking. The case manager will provide these case management and related services by working with the area service providers to ensure follow-up and coordination for ongoing service needs. The case manager will develop and maintain key partnerships with local partners, child welfare agencies, local/federal law enforcement and faith-based community partners. The case manager will partner with the Anti-Trafficking Director to host and participate in awareness and training events.

SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
· Bachelor’s of Social Work degree or related field. · Preferred: Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York or Social Work licensure to be achieved within 12 months of hire date. · Preferred: Experience working with victims of human trafficking or experience working with victims of crime. · Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry. · Ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per The Salvation Army insurance standards. · Experience with trauma informed care. · Professional communication skills, verbal and written. · Meet required background checks. · Mandated Reporter successfully completed. |
