- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience working with youth.
- Strong personal Christian values and high moral character.
- Creative program abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to be a team member and work alone to complete tasks.
- Intermediate-level computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver’s License and able to drive a 12-passenger van.
- A Uniform wearing Salvationist preferred
- Musical ability preferred but not a requirement.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
