Location: The Bloom Initiative serving Connecticut (office located in Hartford, CT)
Status: Non-exempt, Part-time
Hours Per Week: 28
Schedule: Tues - Fri; 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Scope & Purpose: Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. Serve as a point of contact for survivors in coordinating necessary services and resources to address the survivors’ complex needs, including but not limited to emotional and mental health, housing/shelter, employment, medical, legal, and other supports. Participate in street outreach, program planning, drop-in centers, and community education. Operate within program budget and funds; serve as a liaison for the program; and fulfill all administrative program requirements, including submission of progress reports and data entry.
