- Associate degree in Accounting/Business Management or three years of experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Should be well organized, show strong initiative, and adequate follow through.
- Valid driver’s license that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements.
