Responsibilities
- Enter Income detail into Serenic Accounting System and create invoices
- Post residents’ fees and charges to their accounts into Shelby for billing
- Record residents’ payments, and credits to respective accounts
- Post income detail for government funded programs
- Verify sources of funds, matches to invoices/receivables
- Record cash receipts from various sources
- Scan and save income back-up documentation
- Research inquiries, questions, issues as assigned
- Create income reports as needed
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting and two years experience or minimum of five years experience in an accounting office working in a computerized accounting system such as Serenic.
