Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 20-25 hours/week/36 weeks during the After School program, 2:30 – 6:30 p.m., may work up to an additional 5 hours per week to complete paperwork and program participation.  During 8 weeks in the summer, 35 hours per week from 8:30-4:00, M-F.

Salary:  $17.00 per hour

Job Focus:  This position provides leadership to the after-school tutorial program at a Learning Center site, including direct supervision of program assistants and all paid or volunteer tutors, continued relationship as liaison to local schools and implementation of curriculum and program evaluations.

• Ability to maintain ODJFS standards for employees and program operation if applicable
