GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Director of Mission Communications has a dual responsibility of providing divisional events support and support to the Corps. To promote the mission of the Division. This position is responsible for developing media and technical support resources for the NEOSA Division, including digital media and recordings. The Director of Mission Communications is also responsible for producing necessary audio and visual media to support divisional events and providing live production support. The Director of Mission Communications also offers audio/visual technical support and training to Corps Officers to aid in general worship and corps programming.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Mission Communications is responsible for overseeing the following:
The Director of Mission Communications is responsible for all DHQ audio/visual needs.
The Director of Mission Communications will coordinate specific projects with the appropriate department heads.
The Director of Mission Communications supports the field with audio-visual needs.
The Divisional Commander may assign the Director of Mission Communications to other projects. The Director of Mission Communications is expected to maintain an organized system of projects to meet the needs of working with multiple departments as requested. The Director of Mission Communications must be willing and able to work across numerous departments to meet various technical and creative needs. They must also communicate effectively with others to design and create audio/visual media.
