Position: STEAM Scholars Academy (S2) Data Assistant (DA)
Department: Youth and Family Education/ 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC)
Availability of Position: Immediately
Schedule: Part time, flexibility required to meet job obligations
Reporting Relationship: Directly: STEAM Scholars Site Director Indirectly: Programs and Operations Director
Salary or Salary Grade: $15.50/hr 73, NE
Position Overview: The S2 DA will collect, compile, organize and record a variety of data related to attendance, enrollment, behaviors, and academic progress/growth. Requisition, receive, store and distribute supplies; maintain materials and equipment inventory as assigned. Provide clerical assistance to staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. The S2 DA will need to organize documents, create and maintain spreadsheets & input information into databases, schedule meetings, create and edit documents and more. This position is part-time employment with various hours to meet program needs for both summer and school year after school programs.
