Position Overview: The Ethel T. Chamberlain Women's Residence (Shelter) is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant. The position is scheduled for 25 hours per week/5 days per week.
There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts from time to time.
Starting pay rate is $18.00-$18.20/hour depending on a candidates transferable experience and education.
Position Details: To provide day, evening, and/or overnight coverage including weekends and holidays at The Ethel T. Chamberlain permanent supportive housing and women’s shelter. Responsible for the supervision of residents and the general management of the shelter. The "RA" insures a safe, secure, comfortable, and supportive environment for the residents in a manner consistent with the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the program and agency. Resident Assistants will be scheduled to work in one program or the other for their shift and are responsible for the tasks appropriate for the program they are assigned to that day.
