Overview

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour

 

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Chelsea Corps.  Manage the flow of information through voice and written communication, maintain general business records, files and services as primary contact on behalf of the Corps Officers. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. a) Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
  • Photocopying
  • Faxing
  •  Mailing
  • Filing
  1. b) Assist the Corps Officer with employee time sheets and secure needed signatures.
  2. c) Keep inventory and processes requests for office supplies
  3. d) Proper maintenance of all copiers, computers & phone systems. Contact outside services as required.
  4. e) Maintain routine reports
  5. f) Maintain a membership database including all program participants, soldiers, advisory board members, etc
  6. g) Prepare news releases, flyers & other public relations information for programs with the approval of DHQ Public Relations office.
  7. h) Respond to all donations with a thank you (monetary and in-kind)
  8. i) Assist where needed in the operations of all seasonal programs (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Back to School, Summer Camp, etc.) as requested by Corps Officers.
  9. j) Work with the Corps Officers in obtaining all paperwork for campers attending Camp Wonderland. Communicate with parents as needed
  10. k) Assist in the identification, recruitment, training, and utilization of volunteers for both local and seasonal social service activities
  11. l) Perform other duties as requested.
