Overview of the role of the Youth and Family Rehabilitation Professional:
The role of a Rehabilitation Professional is one of multi-components that can include interventions such as case management as well as other functional supports. In this role you will provide services that are goal-directed and include solution-focused interventions. The goals and solutions are intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need and achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child’s treatment plan. Any activities that you would provide are intended to stabilize the child/youth in the home and natural environment.
Position Details: Currently, there is one position available. It is Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, however, it will fluctuate because it is based on client need.
Hourly Wage: $19.00/hour depending on your education and experience.
