Location:  25 Shawmut Rd, Canton, MA

Pay Range: $22 to $25 per hour, depending upon experience


Work with the Prospect Development and Data Services Director on the direct marketing budget ensuring invoice accuracy and timely completion of quarterly Corps and Service Unit billing spreadsheets.  Manage the daily operation and maintain the integrity of the constituent relationship management (CRM) database systems like-Salesforce and Classy.

  • Support overall data entry and gift entry processing.
  • Support direct marketing related vendor data coordination.
  • Maintain database integrity by creating, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures for all development database systems and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes for automated data transfer between online, manual, and financial systems.
  • Ensure database operations support Advancement strategies from direct marketing to moves management, and where appropriate volunteer data coordination.
  • Design and produce queries, data reports and analytical reports, both directly and working with vendors.
  • Train and support database users.



  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Three or more years of professional experience at a non-profit (or related) organization with direct responsibility for constituent relationship management, database administration, operations, gift processing and other related donor services.
  • Management experience in accounting, sales, or related fields a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Sales Force, Pledgemaker, Luminate or other relational database or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of large-scale direct marketing/mailing programs.
  • Knowledge of business operations, infrastructure and multi-department functionality and coordination.
  • Experience processing large volumes of detailed data into a relational database.
  • Intermediate to expert experience in generating complex queries and reports.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
  • Problem solver with a desire for consistent processes and quality improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, and Excel including complex mail merges.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
