Provide leadership to the children of the Summer Fun Program at the Spring Valley Salvation Army Corps.  This program will be based around the beliefs and stated mission of the Salvation Army and all teachers should fall in line with this.  The Summer Fun Program will operate weekdays from July 10, 2023, to August 11, 2023 (from 8:30am to 5:00pm daily) and staff must be prepared to serve for the entirety of the program.

• Supervise students during clubs, classroom activities, and recreation times.
• Lead a club daily in which children gain knowledge and experience of a specific activity or topic.
• Assist with daily devotions and provide guidance to children in the program.
• Work with teachers and Program Director in providing a pleasant and safe learning environment for children.
• Present and report disciplinary issues to Program Director and assist in evaluating each situation as it arises.

• High School Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience working with children
